What are they filled with?
Buckwheat seed and whole dried herbs.  Buckwheat seed holds the heat longer than rice, flax, corn, and various fruit pits.  It also has a hard shell that will not break down and turn to powder.   This allows for long term usability.
The nine herbs are all dried whole natural food grade herbs.  These particular herbs were selected because they smell delightful and the promote soothing, calming, and relaxing effects in the human body.
All the fillers are American products free from pesticides and USDA inspected cholera free buckwheat.

What are their main uses?
Heated up for relief of stress, muscle aches, and menstrual cramps.  Held, slept with, and cuddled with as a friendly companion.

How long will it last?
The polyester cover will last for years.
The buckwheat and its heatability will last 7-10 years.
The aroma therapy scent will last for 18-24 months if not used in the microwave.  If used in the microwave regularly, it will last 4-8 months.

Why is it damp when I heat it up?
Buckwheat seed will absorb some moisture from the air over time.  Whey they are first heated, the plush will feel slightly damp for a few minutes.  This ceases after the first few uses.
